Privacy policy

This policy explains how AIGROW processes the personal data of people who visit aigrow.gr and contact us through its forms.
1. Who we are – Controller
The controller is AIGROW I.K.E., 34 Averof St., Nea Ionia, Attica 142 32, Greece, VAT EL801657648. For anything about your personal data, contact us at info@aigrow.gr or +30 697 286 1707. AIGROW has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
2. Scope
This policy covers the aigrow.gr website only. The ProSeed.AI apps (app.proseed.ai and the mobile app) and Urban ProSeed.AI (urban.proseed.ai) have their own privacy policy, available inside each app.
3. What data we collect
- Contact and demo forms: full name, email, phone (optional), organisation or municipality (optional), role, topic, product, area in stremmata (optional), what you grow or manage (optional), your message, and the date and time of submission.
- Visit statistics (Google Analytics): the pages you visited, how you reached the site, device and browser type, approximate location (country or city) and the Google Analytics cookie identifiers. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device, in the server and security logs of our hosting provider.
- The site has no comments and no user accounts. Against spam the forms use only a hidden field (honeypot): no third party receives form data for this purpose.
4. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your requests and demos: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Visit statistics: to understand how the site is used and to improve it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object as described under “Cookies”.
- Security and prevention of abuse of the site: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
5. Recipients and processors
- SiteGround: website hosting and delivery of the form emails.
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics): visit statistics, as a processor on our behalf.
- Public authorities, only where the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent personal data.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Google may transfer Google Analytics data to the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and also applies the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Form data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
7. Retention
- Form messages: up to 6 months after the request is closed, unless a contract follows.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months, per the data-retention setting of our account.
- Server logs: for as long as the hosting provider keeps them for security purposes.
8. Cookies
The site uses only the Google Analytics cookies:

The forms and the language switcher set no cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no requests are made to Google Fonts. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, or turn off Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
9. Links to third parties
The site links to Google Play, proseed.ai and our partners’ websites. When you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply. We do not embed third-party content (videos, maps, social media) in our pages.
10. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise your rights, email info@aigrow.gr. We reply within one month.
11. Supervisory authority
You can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, 1-3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23 Athens, Greece, www.dpa.gr.
12. Security
The site runs over HTTPS only and is protected by the hosting provider’s security systems (SiteGround Security Optimizer). Only the AIGROW staff who answer requests can access form messages.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
